The multitude of reasons why late cancellations and no-shows are no bueno for a small business, and for other clients who could have used the appointment, doesn't need an explanation. Though most people don't late cancel or no-show, enough do that it has become a problem. Here is our cancellation policy:

No shows and cancellations less than 4 hours notice will be charged 100% of the booked service and may not be allowed to book further appointments outside of a last minute basis (within ~ an hour of the appointment) unless there was an actual emergency or you are actually sick.

For appointments canceled or rescheduled 4-24 hours before the appointment time, 50% of the booked service will be charged. Repeated late cancellations at the third occurrence, or failure to pay the cancellation fee within 3 business days, will be blocked from booking future appointments. Late cancellation fees must be paid before booking further appointments. If you tend to have work issues crop up, we will book you on a last minute basis (within an hour or two of the appointment time) to be fair to everyone.
