No shows and cancellations less than 4 hours notice may be charged 100% of the booked service. Scheduling will be on a last minute basis after that.

For appointments canceled or rescheduled 4-24 hours before the appointment time, 50% of the booked service may be charged. Repeated late cancellations and no shows will be blocked from booking future appointments. If you tend to have work issues crop up, we will book you on a last minute basis (within an hour or two of the appointment time) to be fair to everyone.
